Thank you, Allah. For making us see why it turned out the way it did. We might not understand it then, but we are able to see it clearly now..
She had to leave him no matter how much he loved her. In his heart, he had misplaced another human as the topmost love of his life when in fact You, my Lord should be the one who’s first and foremost in your servants' heart.
After she left him, he had to suffer for years the pain of loving and pining for someone who couldn’t love him as much as he did her. Alas, his pain was not in vain.
The series of emotional sufferings he had had to go through was as redemption for his previous transgressions. When the object of his heart's desire was no longer around, he got to devote all his love and attention to his parents, performing virtuous deeds that contribute in erasing his sins while gaining redha from his parents and thus, redha from You, my Lord.
At the peak of his parents’ redha of him, You called him back to You because that's the best moment for him to leave this temporary life so that he can meet his Rabb in peace.
Alhamdulillah. May he dwell in one of the gardens of Your paradise, oh Allah.
Allah, you do indeed act in mysterious ways. You want to give your servants paradise. You give hardship and sufferings to cleanse them of their sins and elevate their status.
Sadly, some of us are still blind to your plans. You only want the best for us and You do know best, oh Allah.
Forgive us for failing to see the blessings behind the pain and sufferings.
In loving memory of FLAA
